Start with a Discovery Form
You'll begin by filling out a detailed preferences form to help me understand your vision, travel style, and priorities. -
Initial Consultation
We’ll schedule a complimentary call to discuss your ideas, answer any questions, and explore the possibilities for your trip. -
Custom Itinerary Creation
If you choose to move forward, I’ll design a fully tailored itinerary for your travel party — including lodging recommendations, curated activity options, restaurant suggestions, and city-to-city transfers. We will have two follow up phone calls-- the first to review the plan and make changes, the second just before travel to answer any last minute questions.
Investment: $75 per day of travel
This includes planning support for accommodations, experiences, and logistics — with optional add-ons for bookings and concierge services.
